Return Policy

As stated in the Clickaroo Websites Terms and Conditions page, we do not offer refunds on development work, website development, planning on sites that have been 10 days past when Clickaroo Websites starts the project.  Because our websites are tailored to the specific needs of a customer, it is difficult to return money for work already done.  With that in mind, we do assist customers with a Payment Schedule that does not require 100% up front payment.  If you request a refund within the 10 days of purchase, we will refund you your monies minus any development time spent on project by Clickaroo Websites.  Our development time will then be calculated at an hourly rate.  Clickaroo Websites current hourly rate is $75 per hour for web developement.  Clickaroo Websites cannot refund any money on licenses, software, or plugins that are not refundable to Clickaroo Websites. 

The Clickaroo Websites developement process involves a number of stages, each involving a certain investment in manpower.  As such, the return policy must adhere to the terms and conditions of the agreement between Clickaroo Websites and customer.  Please visit our terms and conditions page to get a better understanding of doing business with Clickaroo Websites.
